Zone site definition

Zone site means the physical loca- tion of a zone or subzone. Foreign-Trade Zones Board, Commerce § 400.12
Zone site means each separate area comprising the Zone and its Subzones including the buildings and facilities located within that particular area that is utilized by an Operator while exercising the rights and privileges granted it pursuant to its Operating Agreement with the Grantee.
