Required Coverages. In addition to all other insurance coverage required by applicable law or these Terms and Conditions, or as requested by Buyer, Supplier shall provide workers’ compensation, automobile and comprehensive general liability insurance, including coverage for contractual liability, products liability and completed operations, in amounts and with coverages acceptable to Buyer. Buyer shall be named as an additional insured on such policies (other than the workers’ compensation insurance policy).
