Definición de Closing Date

Closing Date means the date on which Closing (as defined below) occurs. “Commencement of Commercial Production” means the earlier of the first day on which: (i) gold, any other mineral or any concentrate is produced from any portion of the Magistral Project; or (ii) any Magistral Tailings are Sold.
Closing Date. Is the day, place and hour when is verified the compliance of the closing acts mentioned in Section 13.4 of the Bid Terms and in Sections 4.1 and 4.2 of Forth Clause of this contract, as well as the subscription of the concession contract.
Closing Date the date of satisfaction in respect of an Originator, as notified by the Administrative Agent to the Servicers and the Purchasers, of the conditions precedent set forth in Section 4.1 hereof.
