Application. The provisions of this Regulation shall apply to:
Application. 1.1 These provisions set out the additional terms and conditions applicable to Non-EU Seafarers serving on vessels that trade under Finnish Flag. In matters not stipulated in these provisions the national Finnish Collective Agreement applicable to the vessel will apply.
Application. The Passenger may apply for a Finnlines Star Club Card by filling in the online membership application form at xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxx and submitting it via the website to Finnlines for processing. All mandatory fields in the application form must be filled in. If the Passenger has separately ordered the Card in a physical format, the Card will be mailed to the address stated in the application form within around four weeks of submitting the loyalty programme application form.
Application. These Terms are applied as part of a sales or service contract (“Main Contract”) between Busch Vakuumteknik Oy (“Busch”) and Busch’s customer (“Customer”). By conclusion of the Main Contract, the Customer also agrees to be bound by these Terms. In the event of conflicts between the Terms and the Main Contract, the terms and conditions of the Main Contract shall primarily apply. In these Terms, the item or items supplied by Busch in accordance with the contract con- cluded between the Parties are referred to as the “Product”.
Application. An application to the Chair of the ELIXIR Board shall include a commitment to the mission of ELIXIR as stated in this Agree- ment as well as recognition of the obligations linked to membership as outlined in Article 5.
Application. 5.5.1.1 For tankers of 20,000 tonnes deadweight and upwards, the protection of the cargo tanks shall be achieved by a fixed inert gas system in accordance with the re- quirements of the Fire Safety Systems Code, except that, in lieu of the above, the Administration, after having given consid- eration to the ship’s arrangement and equipment, may accept other fixed installa- tions if they afford protection equivalent to the above, in accordance with regulation I/5. The requirements for alternative fixed installations shall comply with the require- ments in paragraph 5.5.4.

Application. 5.1.1 The provision of this paragraph shall apply to machinery spaces of category A and, where the Administration considers it desirable, to other machinery spaces.
Application. When a government party to the NATO Agreement is able to implement the procedures and intends to apply them, it will so inform the Secretary General of NATO who will notify immediately all other government parties. These procedures shall be applicable at the date of this notification between this government and any of the other governments for which the Secretary General has already given such notification.
