Scope. 15.1 The following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") apply to every registered user of the BIOTRONIK Patient App (hereinafter referred to as "App"). The App is operated by BIOTRONIK SE & Co. KG, based in Xxxxxxxxxxxxx 0, 00000 Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, (hereinafter referred to as “Biotronik”, "we" or "us").
Scope. 1.1 These terms and conditions of sale and delivery apply to transactions between TRELLEBORG SEALING SOLUTIONS FINLAND Oy (”TSS”) and entrepreneurs (the ”Buyer”). These terms and conditions are exclusively applied in all transactions between TSS and the Buyer, also in future transactions. General terms and conditions of the Buyer or other terms and conditions that are in conflict with or differ from these terms and conditions of sale and delivery shall not be applied unless TSS has accepted them in writing.
