Common use of Monthly fee Clause in Contracts

Monthly fee. Taking into account the integration, maintenance and support work that the online publication of the catalogue requires, a monthly fee of €40 (incl. tax) is agreed upon. RUE DU COMMERCE will collect this fee, which will generate a separate invoice, in compensation for the amounts collected on behalf of the Merchant Partner. The amount of this subscription may be revised to take account of inflation and the increase in the structural costs of the Shopping Gallery. The Merchant Partners will be informed of the potential increase in these costs with fifteen (15) day's notice.
