The Contractor shall treat the details of the contract as private and confidential, except to the extent necessary to carry out the obligations under it or to comply with applicable laws.

Failure to observe the above shall be treated as breach of contract on the part of the Contractor and the Employer shall be entitled to claim damages and pursue legal remedies.
