Cancellation Indemnity. If the Facility is cancelled in full or in part in accordance with the terms of Clauses 8.3 (Cancellation by the Borrower) and/or 8.4 (Cancellation by the Lender) paragraphs (a), (b) and (c), the Borrower shall pay a cancellation indemnity computed at two point five (2.5%) on the cancelled amount of the Facility. Each cancellation indemnity shall be due and payable on the Payment Date immediately following a cancellation of all or part of the Facility.
