Discharge. After repayment of all outstanding principal under the Loan as well as payment of all interests and other expenses resulting from the Agreement, including in particular those amounts under Sub-clause 4.9 (Default Interest Rate) and Clause 18 (Taxes and Expenses), the Borrower shall be fully released from its obligations arising out of or in connection with this Agreement. Without prejudice of the above, the Borrower shall nevertheless undertake, for a period not exceeding six (6) years following the receipt of a Completion Report to the CEB’s satisfaction confirming the full Allocation of all amounts disbursed under the Loan (i) to keep the Project-related documentation; and (ii) to favourably receive any evaluation visits, including by facilitating access to relevant Project’s sites carried out by the CEB’s staff members or designated third parties.
