Prices and billing. 4.1 The cost to you associated with this service is (i) a basic annual charge and (ii) usage costs per charge, based on • the amount of energy charged in kWh and/or • the connection time in minutes or • a flat rate per charging process. The basis for billing by time (per minute) is the connection time (charging cable connected to the charging station and vehicle). In other words, charges are incurred as long as the vehicle is connected to the charging station.
