Valet Alarm. 20.1 Services: You can activate or deactivate the Valet Alarm (a combination of Location Alarm and Speed Alarm) remotely with presettings for a geographic area and a speed value. You receive a message if the vehicle leaves or enters the area or exceeds the speed value.
20.2 Restrictions of use: This service will only send a push message if the ignition is switched on and a wheel movement is detected. The service is only available via the App.
Valet Alarm. 12.1 Service: You have the ability to remotely activate or deactivate the Valet Alarm (combination of Location Alarm and Speed Alarm) with pre-set settings (e.g. Radius: 1 Km, Speed 50 Km/h) regarding the geographic area and speed value. You will be notified in case the vehicle leaves or enters the area or exceeds the speed value.
12.2 Restrictions of use: The service will only trigger a push notification when the ignition is turned on and wheel movement is identified. This service is only available via App. If you have habitual residence in Croatia and are a consumer according to applicable Croatian consumer protection laws, you have a right of withdrawal for a period of 14 days in case of the conclusion of the contract. Consumer pursuant to the applicable Croatian consumer protection laws means every natural person who enters into a legal transaction or acts on the market outside his/her trade, business, craft or profession. Valet Alarm. 12.1 Usluga: Imate mogućnost daljinski aktivirati ili deaktivirati Prateći alarm (kombinacija Lokacijskog alarma i Alarma brzine) s unaprijed postavljenim postavkama (npr. radijus: 1 km, brzina: 50 km/h) u pogledu zemljopisnog područja i ograničenja brzine. Bit ćete obaviješteni u slučaju da vozilo napusti ili uđe u područje odnosno prijeđe vrijednost brzine.
12.2 Ograničenja uporabe: Usluga će aktivirati push-obavijest samo kada je vozilo upaljeno i kada je detektiran pokret kotača. Usluga je dostupna samo putem Aplikacije. Imate pravo jednostrano raskinuti ugovor u roku 14 dana ne navodeći razloge za to. Pravo na jednostrani raskid ističe nakon 14 dana od dana sklapanja ugovora. Kako biste iskoristili pravo na jednostrani raskid morate nas obavijestiti (Porsche Connect Support - c/o Porsche Smart Mobility GmbH - P.O. Valet Alarm. 19.1 Usluge: Možete aktivirati ili deaktivirati Valet Alarm (kombinaciju lokacijskog alarma i alarma brzine) daljinski s unapred definisanim podešavanjima geografske oblasti i vrednosti brzine. Dobićete poruku ako vozilo napusti ili uđe u određeno područje ili prekorači zadatu brzinu.
19.2 Ograničenja korišćenja: Ova usluga će poslati poruku samo ako je kontakt uključen i kada se detektuje pomeranje točka. Usluga je dostupna samo preko aplikacije My Porsche.
