Common use of UNDERTAKINGS Clause in Contracts

UNDERTAKINGS. The undertakings in this Clause 11 (Undertakings) take effect on the Signing Date and remain in full force and effect for as long as any amount is outstanding under this Agreement. 11.1 Compliance with Laws, Regulations and Obligations (a) in all respects with all laws and regulations to which it and/or the Operation is subject, particularly in relation to all applicable procurement, environmental protection, safety, labour laws and prevention and fight against Prohibited Practices; and (b) with all of its obligations under this Agreement. 11.2 Authorisations
