Warranties a) Prodavac garantuje da Roba u trenutku isporuke (i) ispunjava aktuelne specifikacije, (ii) da je proizvedena, upakovana i obeležena u skladu sa propisima xxxx xxxx u mestu proizvodnje i (iii) da nema nikakvih pravnih tereta. a) Seller warrants that, at the time of delivery, the Goods (i) conform to the then current specifications, (ii) are manufactured, packaged and labeled in compliance with the applicable laws at the place of manufacture, and (iii) are free from any legal encumbrances.
