BIZNET. SLA covers the entire BIZNET private Network including electricity supply, HVAC Systems, Fire Protection Systems, Surveillance Systems, network equipment’s, cabling system, including related facilities, will have monthly availability of minimum 99.8% (ninety nine point eight) percent (excluding scheduled maintenance).
