Clause References. References to a “Clause” shall be construed as references to the provision of these EB Services Terms and Conditions as numbered within the Part or Section referred to in connection with the provision. If no Part or Section is so specified, it refers to the provision so numbered in Part A of these EB Services Terms and Conditions.
