Funds Deposit a. The Customer hereby requests and authorizes the Bank to carry out the Instruction of Funds Deposit either cash or non-cash into the Account. However, the Bank in its sole discretion reserves the right to deny any deposit, limit the amount of deposit and / or restore all or some of fund deposit. b. For non-cash deposit, the following provisions apply: i. The Bank shall only actas a representative of the Customer to collect and shall not be responsible in case of denial such payment collection; ii. In the process of collecting fund, the Bank may continue the Customer orders directly to the bank branch or other third parties chosen by the Bank which then is entitled to reappoint other parties to execute such orders; and iii. For any non-cash deposit, increment in Customer Account balance will be effective after Bank has duly receives funds. c. When the account is opened in currencies other than Rupiah, the Funds Deposit in the same currency are subject to the provisions of the Bank regarding fees and / or exchange rate. d. The Bank may charge a fee for instruction of Fund DepositPayment instruction where its details will be set separately in separate provisions and notified to the Customer.

Bank dapat mengenakan biaya untuk Instruksi Penyetoran Dana yang rinciannya akan diatur secara terpisah dalam ketentuan tersendiri dan diberitahukan ke Nasabah.

A certificate by an officer of the Assignee/Bank as to the costs and expenses of, in connection with, resulting from such resale shall be accepted by the Purchaser as binding, correct and conclusive. 8.4 In the event the Purchaser stops payment or countermands on the bank draft of the Bidding Deposit and/or the Purchase Deposit the property may be put up for sale at a date and time to be fixed by the Assignee/Bank. The costs and expenses of, in connection with and resulting from such resale together with any deficiency in the price obtained at the resale comparing to the price obtained in the aforesaid sale shall be recoverable from the defaulting Purchaser. A certificate by an officer of the Assignee/Bank as to the costs and expenses of, in connection with and resulting from such resale shall be accepted by the Purchaser as binding, correct and conclusive. 8.5 The balance of the TPP (“Balance Purchase Price”) shall be paid by the Purchaser within NINETY (90) DAYS without any extension from the date of the sale by bank draft only drawn in favour of BANK ISLAM MALAYSIA BERHAD. The Purchaser shall at his own costs and expenses apply to the relevant State Authority for the consent to transfer not later than 14 days from the date of sale and procure the consent to transfer from the State Authority not later than 3 months from the date of sale, or such other extended period as may be granted by the Assignee/Lender as its absolute discretion from time to time and the purchaser shall be liable to pay penalty cum administrative charges which will be determined by the bank accordingly. 8.6 In the event that the Purchaser defaults in complying with any of the conditions herein or fails to pay the Balance Purchase Price within the time allowed, then the Assignee may (without prejudice to their rights for specific performance) treat such default as a repudiation of the contract and terminate the sale without notice in which event the Bidding Deposit and the Purchase Deposit paid under clauses 3 and 8.2 above shall be forfeited by the Assignee/Bank and the property may again be put up on sale at a date and time to be fixed by the Assignee/Bank. PT Bank HSBC Indonesia telah menerima pengalihan kedudukan, hak dan kewajiban sebagai Bank Kustodian dari The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, Cabang Jakarta yang merupakan kantor cabang bank asing yang telah beroperasi sebagai Bank Kustodian sejak tahun 1989 di Indonesia dan merupakan penyedia jasa kustodian dan fund services terdepan di dunia.

  • Beban Kustodian Beban ini merupakan imbalan atas jasa penanganan transaksi investasi, penitipan kekayaan dan administrasi yang berkaitan dengan kekayaan Reksa Dana, pencatatan transaksi penjualan dan pembelian kembali unit penyertaan serta biaya yang berkaitan dengan akun pemegang unit penyertaan kepada PT Bank HSBC Indonesia sebagai Bank Kustodian maksimum sebesar 0,15% per tahun selama periode investasi dari nilai aset bersih yang dihitung secara harian berdasarkan 365 hari dalam setahunnya dan dibayarkan setiap bulan dan atas beban tersebut dikenakan Pajak Pertambahan Nilai (PPN) sebesar 10%. Pemberian imbalan tersebut diatur berdasarkan Kontrak Investasi Kolektif antara Manajer Investasi dan Bank Kustodian.
