Common use of Instrumen Books Clause in Contracts

Instrumen Books. 1.1.1 The Bank may, at its sole discretion, refuse to issue any Instrument’s book(s). Such refusal will be informed to the relevant Customer through such means deem appropriate by the Bank, taking into account the prevailing laws and regulations. 1.1.2 The use of Instrument’s book(s) (and each Instrument) is the Customer’s responsibility and must be picked up by the Customer or its valid representative or be delivered by such means as determined from time to time by the Bank at its discretion.
