Common use of Insufficient Funds Clause in Contracts

Insufficient Funds. The ATM card may be used for cash withdrawal or transfer only where there are sufficient funds in the Account. If withdrawal or transfer is made without sufficient funds in the Account, we may (but are not obliged to) grant you credit to meet such withdrawal or transfer, and you shall repay to us immediately on demand such amount overdrawn together with bank charges and interest in accordance with our current scale of charges.
