Common use of Recording of Conversations Clause in Contracts

Recording of Conversations. We may record the conversations between you and our employees/ representatives and, to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, we may present the recording as transaction-related evidence to any Person we deem necessary in connection with investigations or court or other legal proceedings. All such recordings will remain our property and will, in the absence of manifest error, be conclusive evidence of the contents of the conversation.
