Applicability Clausole campione

Applicability. The following documents, of issue in effect on date of invitation for bids, request for bids, or request for proposal, form a part of this specification to the extent specified herein:  ASTM B-391 Niobium and Niobium Ingot Alloys  ASTM B-393 Standard Specification for Niobium and Niobium Alloy Strip, Sheet, Foil  ASTM E-3 and Plate Standard Guide for Preparation of Metallographic Specimens  ASTM E-8 Method of tension testing of metallic materials.  ASTM E-112 Standard method for determining the average grain size  ASTM E-883 Standard Guide for Reflected–Light Photomicrography  ASTM E2627 Standard Practice for Determining Average Grain Size Using Electron Backscatter Diffraction (EBSD) in Fully Recrystallized Polycrystalline  ASTM E384 Materials Standard Test Method for Xxxxx and Xxxxxxx Hardness of Materials The documents may be obtained from the following sources: ASTM Documents: American Society of Testing and Materials Fermilab Technical Division Quality and Materials Department 0000 Xxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxxx, XX 00000 X.X. Xxx 000, X.X. 000 Xxxxxxx, XX 00000 Lot — The definition used in ASTM B393, “a lot shall consist of all material produced from the same ingot at one time, with the same cross section, processed with the same nominal metallurgical parameters and heat treated at the same conditions”, is modified herein to accommodate differences between the capacity of annealing furnaces used for heat treatment and the quantity of sheets produced from a single ingot. For the purposes of this specification, a lot shall consist of all material produced from the same ingot at one time, with the same cross section, processed with the same nominal metallurgical parameters, and heat treated under reproducible conditions. Heat treatment batch — A heat treatment batch shall consist of all material placed into an annealing furnace at one time, for which particular parameters of the heat-up, soak, cool-down, atmosphere, and other details apply to the entirety of material.
Applicability. The following terms and conditions govern orders and any other contracts relating to the delivery of goods or the performance of services between the supplier of goods or the service provider (hereafter "Supplier") and SCHOTT Italvetro S.r.l (hereafter "SCHOTT") using these terms and conditions. These terms are not applicable for construction, construction services or employment contracts. The general terms of business of the Supplier do not apply unless XXXXXX has agreed to them in writing with explicit reference to the terms of business of the Supplier.
