CONTRACTOR OBLIGATIONS. The Company undertakes to comply with all obligations under the laws and regulations regarding remuneration, social security and assistance. The Company is also obliged to observe the provisions related to the safety in the workplace, pursuant to Legislative Decree. N. 81/2008 and subsequent amendments. The Company is also bound to ensure that its employees and collaborators respect the Code of Conduct of Public Employees with special regard to the rules regarding anti-corruption (D.P.R. n. 62/2013); in cases of serious breach of the provisions contained herein, the INFN has the right to terminate the contract. The Company undertakes to comply with the provisions of art. 53, paragraph 16-ter of Legislative Decree. N. 165/2001 and subsequent amendments, regarding the employment of former INFN employees, under penalty of restitution of unlawfully perceived compensations.
