Default of Payment. Without prior notice any late payment is subject to interest at the rate of 10% per annum over the base rate, which at the first of each calendar half-year is published from the due date onwards. For each justified reminder by ACAT the effective costs but at least CHF 40 are to be replaced by the debtor of ACAT.
