Payment. 7.1 In the event of a successful bid, the Buyer shall pay the Hammer Price of the lot to Il Ponte, in addition to a buyer's premium of 25% (if the auction was held at the saleroom of Il Ponte in Milan, Via Pontaccio 12) or 35% (if the auction was held at the saleroom of Il Ponte in Milan, Xxx Xxxxxxx 0/00) of the Hammer Price (in addition, to the payment of any other amount due to Il Ponte under these General Terms and Conditions related to the lot sold) (Amount Due).
7.2 The Buyer undertakes to pay the Amount Due no later than ten days from the day following the date of the sale.
7.3 The transfer of ownership of the lot will take place only when payment is made by the Buyer of the Amount Due.
7.4 In the event of failure to pay or delay in payment by the Buyer, in whole or in part, of the Amount Due, Il Ponte has the right to request the fulfilment or to terminate the sale contract pursuant to Article 1456 of the Civil Code, by giving written notice to the Buyer, without prejudice in any case to compensation for any damages. Il Ponte may also deposit the lot in the custody of a third party or, alternatively, in its own custody and charge the Buyer € 10.00 per day for storage, in all cases at the Buyer's risk and expenses.
7.5 Each lot can be paid by cashier’s check, credit card, debit card, bank transfer or cash, within the limits specified in paragraph 7.9.
7.6 Payment of the lot can be made in Milan at the offices of Il Ponte in Xxx Xxxxxxxxx 00 or in Xxx Xxxxxxx 0/00 (according to where the auction was held) during the following office hours: Mon-Ven. 9 am to 1 pm; 2 pm to 5:30 pm (excluding public holidays in Italy).
7.7 The following credit cards are accepted: American Express, Diners, Visa and MasterCard. Payment can be made exclusively by the owner of the credit card.
7.8 The bank details for wire transfers are the following: IBAN IT 51H0832950860000000011517; Swift code no. XXXXXXXX000; Beneficiary: Il Ponte - Casa d’Aste Srl. In the space for “reason for payment” (causale), please provide your full name and the invoice number.
7.9 Il Ponte can accept single or multiple payments in cash only for amounts less than € 2,999.99.
7.10 Il Ponte has the right to control the source of the payments it receives and to refuse payments from people other than the Buyer.
7.11 Pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/07 and subsequent amendments and additions and in full compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Privacy Code) and EU Regulation 2016...
Payment. 7.1. Payments must be remitted to the Vendor’s place of business, and made in accordance with such conditions as are agreed; any remittance made at location or in manner differing therefrom, may not be deemed valid and shall consequently not have a redeeming effect for the Buyer
Payment. 5.1. All payments due for the participation in the exhibition will be done in Euro only by bank transfer or Cash (according to Romanian law). The payment of the registration fee and the rental tariff will be done within the deadline mentioned in the proforma invoice, as follows: 50% of the total amount within 7 days from signing the application contract, the remaining 50% is to be paid in stages according to proforma invoices but no later than two weeks before the opening of the event. Any amounts arising from additional services will be paid within 2 days from the day of order placing, but no later than 2 days prior to the event opening. Additional services ordered during exhibition construction/ arrangement period will be acepted by the Organizer only after the Exhibitor proves the payment, and only whether the ordered materials are available at the date of their ordering.
5.2. Payments will be done in Euroexpo Fairs account ING BANK XX00XXXX0000000000000000, SWIFT XXXXXXXX or in cash.
5.3. The bank charges and commissions are on exhibitors expenses.
Payment. Register will not accept a DPML Plus block, and will not renew a DPML Plus block at the end of the applicable term, unless it has received payment in full from you. DPML Plus blocks, or names that result in a DPML Plus blocks, will only expire, be terminated or otherwise released in accordance with Donuts Policies and ICANN Requirements. Payment of any fees due, for which the DPML Plus Applicant or the DPML Plus block holder are solely liable, must be made to Donuts via a DPML Plus Registrar.
Payment. 4.1 Payment is via the PayPal platform, which is accessed from the 00xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx website registration page.
4.2 The booking (and hence the stipulation of the contract between the participant and the organiser) will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
4.3 Once the payment is credited, the gallery staff will contact the buyer to share all the details about participating in the event.
Payment. All payments are due within 30 days from date of invoice and are to be paid by bank transfer or check without discount. ACAT is not obligated to accept promissory notes or bills as payment. These may only be accepted based on a prior agreement. Discounts or other charges for bills/notes are to be charged to the Purchaser. Checks and promissory notes are considered to be payment only after their redemption. ACAT reserves the right to request advance payments or security or to withdraw from the contract if circumstances occur or become known which appear to jeopardize the claims of ACAT, including but not limited to the circumstance that the credit insurance rejects the coverage of the business underlying this contract partially or completely.
Payment. By the Subscription Form the Client decides whether the relevant participation fees (hereinafter, the “Fees”) will be paid via bank transfer or credit card via PayPal, at the following address xxx.xxxx.xxx/xxxxxxx and within the page dedicated to the relevant course. In case of payment via bank transfer, the Fees shall be due: - upon reception of the relevant confirmation email sent by BIMS; or - upon reception of the relevant invoice issued by BIMS, following a confirmation email. Payment. Payment for the first supply must be made upon delivery of the goods (in cash or by cashier's check) or in advance. The payment deriving from a commercial agreement will be reserved for subsequent supplies. Domino reserves the right to modify the payment terms without notice in the event of a change in commercial references or non-compliance with the agreed timing by the customer. Payments are due within the agreed terms even in the event of delay in the arrival of the goods or breakdowns, partial or total losses occurring during transport, as well as in the event that the goods made available are not collected by the customer. In cases of delayed payment, a debit note will be issued for the interest on arrears corresponding to the official discount rate increased by 5%.
Payment. The tenderer has to quote rate per Xxxxxxx on the schedule of Rates already fixed in consideration to Source to Destination for a Cluster and in consideration to the location of PPC and unloading points as well as the prevailing conditions in the districts such as road condition, toll gates, prevailing trends of inflation in fuel rates etc.
i. The Payment will be made by the concerned District Manager of the Corporation on submission of bills, in triplicate, duly supported by consignee receipts on monthly basis.
ii. The contractor should submit all the bills not later than 2 months from the date of expiry of the Contract so that the refund of the Security Deposit may be speeded up. In order to facilitate disposal of bills the Contractor is advised to submit bills monthly.
iii. The tenderer, registered under GST shall ensure that the invoice to be raised with OSCSC is compliant with the provisions of the GST Law and contains the requisite details in an accurate manner for claiming of tax credits by OSCSC.
iv. OSCSC reserves the right to release the payment of GST amount (if applicable) only post matching of the invoices in the GSTN system.
v. This shall be ensured by the tenderer registered under GST (if applicable), that the invoice raised by him during a month is appropriately reported in the GST Returns of the said month.
Payment. 2.1 Party A shall pay to Party B for all services rendered pursuant to this agreement a total sum of € 36.690,00 (VAT, taxes and pension fund included, ex art. 72 DPR 633/72) against presentation of regular invoice.
2.2 Payment will be made of the price corresponding to each agreed deliverable as per Annex A, within sixty (60) days invoice date by PagoPA (xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xx/xxxxxxx/xxxxxx/).
2.3 In case of payment’s delay exceeding twenty (20) days, shall be due the legal interest as the rate set forth by the Italian Legislative Decree n. 231/2002; the legal interest will accrue on the outstanding amount running from the original term of payment until the full settlement. In case the delay exceeds one hundred and eighty (180) days, Party B may terminate this agreement pursuant to art.7, without prejudice to its right to claim for further damages, if any.
2.4 The registration fee is due just in the event of judicial or administrative use, as set forth in Italian law (D.P.R. n. 131/1986) and costs and expenses will be borne by the requesting Party. The Parties will contribute in equal measure to the other tax duties related to this agreement, stamp duty included.
