Determinations by the Issuer and the Guarantor. Any determination made by the Issuer or the Guarantor, if any, pursuant to these Terms and Conditions shall (save in the case of manifest error) be final, conclusive and binding on the Issuer, the Guarantor, if any, and the Holders.
