In conformità a e a condizione che il Cliente rispetti i termini e le condizioni del presente Contratto, Qlik concede al Cliente un diritto limitato, non esclusivo, non trasferibile e non sub- licenziabile di accedere e utilizzare i Prodotti Qlik esclusivamente per le operazioni aziendali interne del Cliente, a condizione che qualsiasi utilizzo dei Prodotti Qlik sia: (i) conforme alla Documentazione e al presente Contratto; e (ii) per l'uso autorizzato, la durata limiti di portata, durata e quantità acquistate. 3.1. Qlik Products. Subject to and conditioned upon Customer’s compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Qlik grants to Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right to access and use the Qlik Products solely for Customer’s internal business operations, provided any use of Qlik Products shall be: (i) in accordance with the Documentation and this Agreement; and (ii) for the scope, term and quantity limits purchased.
