Common use of Formalities Free of Charge Clause in Contracts

Formalities Free of Charge. Any transfer pursuant to this Condition 1 will be effected without charge subject to (i) the person making a transfer paying or procuring the payment of any Expenses payable in connection therewith, (ii) the Registrar being satisfied with the identity of the person making such transfer and (iii) such reasonable regulations as the Issuers may from time to time agree with the Registrar. Any transfer will be subject to the provisions of all applicable fiscal or other laws and regulations in effect at the time of such transfer.
