Incoterms. Qualora l’Utente stipuli il presente Contratto di licenza per finalità imprenditoriali, commerciali o professionali e, pertanto, l’Utente si qualifichi e agisca come cliente professionale (e/o "business"), il Software e i servizi si considerano consegnati Ex Works (▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇) presso il luogo da dove Symantec effettua la spedizione (ICC INCOTERMS 2010).
Incoterms. For the avoidance of doubt, the English version of this Norton License Agreement below is provided for reference purposes only and the Italian version above shall control Your use of this product.
Incoterms. If You enter this License Agreement for purposes related to a business, trade or profession and, therefore, You qualify as a business customer, the Software is delivered ExWorks (EXW) Symantec’s shipping point (ICC INCOTERMS 2000).
