Common use of Market Disruption Clause in Contracts

Market Disruption. Market Disruption Event" means, in relation to Warrants relating to a single Index or basket of Indices: (A) in respect of a Composite Index: (i) (a) the occurrence or existence, in respect of any Component, of: (1) a Trading Disruption in respect of such Component, which the Calculation Agent determines is material, at any time during the one hour period that ends at the relevant Valuation Time in respect of the Exchange on which such Component is principally traded; (2) an Exchange Disruption in respect of such Component, which the Calculation Agent determines is material, at any time during the one-hour period that ends at the relevant Valuation Time in respect of the Exchange on which such Component is principally traded; or (3) an Early Closure in respect of such Component; and
