Common use of Notice Clause in Contracts

Notice. The Calculation Agent shall, as soon as practicable, notify the relevant Warrant Agent or the Registrar, as the case may be, of any determination made by it pursuant to paragraph (B) above and the action proposed to be taken in relation thereto and such Warrant Agent or the Registrar, as the case may be, shall make available for inspection by Holders copies of any such determinations.

Notice. The Calculation Agent shall, as soon as practicable, notify the relevant Warrant Security Agent or the Registrar, as the case may be, of any determination made by it pursuant to paragraph (B) Index Security Condition 6.2 above and the action proposed to be taken in relation thereto and such Warrant Security Agent or the Registrar, as the case may be, shall make available for inspection by Holders copies of any such determinations.

Notice.
