Payment conditions are binding and are indicated in the order confirmation and shown on the invoice. In case of late payment, Customer will be obliged to pay Xxxxxxx the default interest at the reference rate indicated by Legislative Decree no. 231/2002. If there is a late payment, Supplier will have the right without the need for prior notice: i) to suspend or cancel any further supply to Customer, without prejudice to the right to compensation for damages; ii) to demand immediate payment of the sums, for any reason due by Purchaser, and which deadline has not yet expired;
