Prices and payment conditions. 4.1 The value due to balance a sell of goods and/or services objected of contracts or for each furniture, is decided step by step between Dimart and the customer. Conditions and payment terms are shown in each invoice. The decided price has to be considered without carriage, if not different decided from both parts. In agreement with the customer, Dimart has a delivery service of third parts with charge on invoice of the decided value.
Prices and payment conditions. 5.1 The Product prices are based on the price list in force at the time of order confirmation. Orders, even if confirmed, are considered accepted unless there are any price increases of raw materials.
