Common use of PROVISIONAL GUARANTEE Clause in Contracts

PROVISIONAL GUARANTEE. (not required in the case of "affidamenti diretti" (direct deal), according to Article 36, par. 2/a, D. LGs. No 50/2016): The competitor shall submit a provisional guarantee of 2% (two per cent) of the tender amount valid for 180 days from the date of submission of the offer, pursuant to art. 93 of D. LGs. No 50/2016. The amount of the guarantee is reduced in its amount in all conditions foreseen by art. 93, paragraph 7, of D. LGs. 50/2016.
