Verification of the Holder. Upon receipt of an Exercise Notice, the Programme Agent will verify that the person exercising the Securities specified therein was, on the relevant Exercise Date, the Holder thereof according to the Register. If the Programme Agent is unable so to verify, such Exercise Notice shall be deemed not to have been given.
