Cash Amount means an amount determined by the Calculation Agent in accordance with the formula specified in the definition of “Cash Amount” for the relevant Series in the applicable Final Terms, less Expenses. The Cash Amount shall be rounded to the nearest two decimal places in the Settlement Currency, 0.005 being rounded downwards;

  • The rights of a Holder as described in this paragraph may be subject to the Issuer's right to vary settlement as indicated in the applicable Final Terms and will be subject to the Issuer's right to substitute assets or pay the Alternate Cash Amount (as defined below) in lieu of physical delivery in accordance with these Conditions.
