Share for-Other" has the meaning ascribed to it in Condition 24.3; "Share-for-Share" has the meaning ascribed to it in Condition 24.3; "Spin-Off Event" has the meaning ascribed to it in Condition 24.1;

Share is as defined in Condition 15.2(e);

Share or "Shares" means a Reference Asset that is a share, stock or other equity instrument; "Share-for-Combined" has the meaning ascribed to it in Condition 24.3;

Examples of Share in a sentence

• Following exercise of a Share Warrant which is a Physical Delivery Warrant, all dividends on the relevant Shares to be delivered will be payable to the party that would receive such dividend according to market practice for a sale of the Shares executed on the relevant Actual Exercise Date and to be delivered in the same manner as such relevant Shares.

• The provisions of Annex 3 (Additional Terms and Conditions for Share Securities) shall apply.

• Share shall be available on the relevant Share Company website as set out in "Specific Provisions for each Series" in Part A.

• In addition, Securities do not give the right to dividends distributed by the Share Company or voting rights or any other right with respect of the Share Company.

More Definitions of Share

Share for-Share" means, in respect of a Merger Event, that the consideration for the relevant Shares consists (or, at the option of the holder of such Shares, may consist) solely of New Shares:

Share for-Other" means, in respect of a Merger Event, that the consideration for the relevant Shares consists solely of Other Consideration;

Share for-Combined" means, in respect of a Merger Event, that the consideration for the relevant Shares consists of Combined Consideration;

Share mean, subject to adjustment in accordance with this Condition 15(B), in the case of an issue of Warrants relating to a Basket of Shares, each share and, in the case of an issue of Warrants relating to a single Share, the share, specified in the applicable Final Terms and related expressions shall be construed accordingly; and "Share Company" means, in the case of an issue of Warrants relating to a single Share, the company that has issued such share.

Share mean, subject to adjustment in accordance with this Annex 2, in the case of an issue of Certificates relating to a Basket of Shares, each share and, in the case of an issue of Certificates relating to a single Share, the share, specified in the applicable Final Terms and related expressions shall be construed accordingly;

Share or "Shares" meanz a Reference Azzet or any componentz of an Index that iz a zhare, ztock or other equity inztrument;

Share for-Other Merger Event means, in respect of a Merger Event, that the consideration for the relevant Shares or ADR consists solely of Other Consideration.
