Valuation Date is as defined in Condition 20 (in the case of Warrants) and Condition 28 (in the case of Certificates);

Valuation Date means for Securities in respect of which Exercise Date(s) is/are specified, the Exercise Date relating to each exercise of such Securities, or otherwise as specified in the relevant Terms;

• Thus, potential investors must not assume that it will be possible to sell the Securities during their term and must in any case be prepared to hold the Securities until the Valuation Date or, if applicable, the next Exercise Date to redeem the Securities in accordance with the Terms and Condi- tions (by submitting an exercise notice).

More Definitions of Valuation Date

Valuation Date means the Exercise Date on which the Exercise Right has been effectively exercised, or the Call Date, as the case may be, on which the Issuer has exercised its Regular Call Right. If this day is not a Calculation Date, the immediately next following Banking Day which is a Calculation Date shall be the Valuation Date.
