Equitable Relief. Customer acknowledges that Qlik may be irreparably harmed by a breach of the terms of this Agreement and that damages, alone, may not be an adequate remedy. Customer agrees that, in addition to any other rights or remedies permitted under applicable law, Qlik will have the right to enforce this Agreement by injunctive or other equitable relief without the need to prove actual damages or post a bond.
Equitable Relief. You agree that your breach of the terms and conditions hereof may cause FST irreparable harm for which there may be no adequate remedy at law, and FST may therefore seek equitable relief.
