License Grant. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Company hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-assignable license, during the term of this Agreement, to use the Uber Services (including the Provider App on a Device) solely for the purpose of providing Delivery Services to Users and tracking resulting Delivery Fees and fees. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by the Company, its Affiliates and their respective licensors.
License Grant. Subject to the terms of this EULA, NVIDIA hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license, without the right to sublicense, during the term of this EULA to access and use the Software for virtual workstation purposes, in accordance with the Documentation (if any provided).
License Grant a. Upon payment of the applicable fees for the Software, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Desktone grants to Customer a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the Software and related documentation in object code form solely for Customer’s business use. Unless specifically provided herein, this Agreement grants Customer no right to and Customer specifically agrees not to (i) copy all or any part of the Software; (ii) duplicate, modify, alter, adapt, enhance, improve, revise, or summarize the Software or any part thereof; (iii) rent, lease, sell, transfer, or further sublicense the Software or any part thereof or permit access to the Software by third parties or, unless expressly authorized in writing by Desktone, use the Software for service bureau or time-sharing purposes; (iv) reverse engineer, reverse compile, reverse assemble, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to create the source code from the Software furnished as object code or gain access to trade secrets or confidential information of Desktone or its licensors, (v) make error corrections to or otherwise modify or adapt the Software or create derivative works based upon the Software; (vi) distribute the Software, including distribution electronically; (vii) translate the Software into another computer language; or (vii) permit any third party to do any of the foregoing.
