Severability. If any provision, clause, or application of this Agreement is held unlawful or invalid by court or administrative decision, it shall be deemed severable, and such unlawfulness or invalidity shall not in any way affect any other provisions, clauses, or application of this Agreement, which can be remain effective without the unlawful or invalid provisions, clauses or application. ［訳例］
Severability. In the event that any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid, unenforceable or unlawful, such invalidity, unenforceability or unlawfulness shall not affect any other provisions of this Agreement, and the Agreement shall be construed as if the challenged provision had never been contained herein. YUM AUDIO is not obligated to furnish or make available to you any further information, software, technical information, know-how, or support. In the event that YUM AUDIO does extend any of the same, YUM AUDIO shall not be liable for any damage, howsoever caused. YUM AUDIO reserves theright to make changes to the SOFTWARE, and all materials provided hereunder, without further notice.
Severability. If a court of competent jurisdiction finds any clause of this Agreement to be unenforceable for any reason, that clause of this Agreement shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to affect the intent of the parties, and the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. However, if applicable law prohibits or restricts You from fully and specifically complying with the Sections of this Agreement entitled “Service Requirements”, or “Institution’s Obligations” or prevents the enforceability of any of those Sections, this Agreement will immediately terminate and You must immediately discontinue any use of the Service.
Severability. Registrant agrees that the terms of this Registration Agreement are severable. If any term or provision is declared invalid, it shall not affect the remaining terms or provisions, which shall continue to be binding.
Severability. 1. Even if any provision of these Terms or a part thereof is determined to be invalid or unenforceable by the Consumer Contract Act or the laws or regulations of Japan or the country in which the User resides (if the User is a corporation, the country in which the User’s head office is located), the remaining provisions of such terms and conditions and the remaining parts of the provision of which a part was determined to be invalid or unenforceable shall remain in full force and effect.
