宿泊約款 I
第1条 当ホテルが宿泊客との間で締結する宿泊契約及びこれに関連する契約は、この約款の定めるところによるものとし、この約款に定めのない事項については、法令又は一般に確立された習慣によるものとします。
2. 当ホテルが、法令及び慣習に反しない範囲で特約に応じたときは、前項の規定にかかわらず、その特約が優先するものとします。
宿泊契約の申込み
第2条 当ホテルに宿泊契約の申込みをしようとする者は、次の事項を当ホテルに申し出ていただきます。
(1)宿泊者名
(2)宿泊日及び到着予定時刻
(3)宿泊料金(原則として別表第1の基本宿泊料による。)
(4)その他当ホテルが必要と認める事項
2. 宿泊客が、宿泊中に前項第2号の宿泊日を超えて宿泊の継続を申し入れた場合、当ホテルは、その申し出がなされた時点で新たな宿泊契約の申込みがあったものとして処理します。
宿泊契約の成立等
第3条 宿泊契約は、当ホテルが前条の申込みを承諾したときに成立するものとします。ただし、当ホテルが承諾をしなかったことを証明したときは、この限りではありません。
2. 前項の規定により宿泊契約が成立したときは、宿泊期間(3日を超えるときは3日間)の基本宿泊料を限度として当ホテルが定める申込金を、当ホテルが指定する日までに、お支払いいただきます。
3. 申込金は、まず、宿泊客が最終的に支払うべき宿泊料金に充当し、第6条及び第18条の規定を適用する事態が生じたときは、違約金に次いで賠償金の順序で充当し、残額があれば、第12 条の規定による料金の支払いの際に返還します。
4. 第2項の申込金を動向の規定により当ホテルが指定した日までにお支払いいただけない場合は、宿泊契約はその効力を失うものとします。ただし、申込金の支払期日を指定するに当たり、当ホテルがその旨を宿泊客に告知した場合に限ります。
申込金の支払いを要しないことと特約
第4条 前項第2項の規定にかかわらず、当ホテルは契約の成立後動向の申込金の支払いを要しないこととする特約に応じることがあります。
2. 宿泊契約の申込みを承諾するに当たり、当ホテルが前条第2項の申込金の支払いを求めなかった場合は、前項の特約に応じたものとして取り扱います。
宿泊契約締結の拒否
第5条 当ホテルは、次に掲げる場合において、宿泊契約の締結に応じないことがあります。
(1)宿泊の申込みが、この約款によらないとき。
(2)満室により客室の余裕がないとき。
(3)宿泊しようとする者が、宿泊に関し、法令の規定、公の秩序若しくは善良の風俗に反する行為をするおそれがあると認められるとき。
(4)宿泊しようとする者が、伝染病者であると明らかに認められるとき。
(5)宿泊に関し合理的な範囲を超える負担を求められたとき。
(6)天災、施設の故障、その他やむを得ない事由により宿泊させることができないとき。
(7)宿泊しようとする者が泥酔者等で、他の宿泊者に著しく迷惑を及ぼす言動をしたとき。(沖縄県旅館業法施行条例第5条の規定に基づく)
宿泊客の契約解除権
第6 条 宿泊者は、当ホテルに申し出て、宿泊契約を解除することができます。
宿泊約款Ⅱ
2. 当ホテルは、宿泊客がその責めに帰すべき事由により宿泊契約の全部又は、一部を解除した場合(第3条第2項の規定により当ホテルが申込金の支払期日を指定してその支払いを求めた場合であって、その支払いより前に宿泊客が宿泊契約を解除したときを除きます。)は、別表第2に掲げるところにより、違約金を申し受けます。ただし、当ホテルが第4条第1項の特約に応じた場合であって、その支払いより前に宿泊客が宿泊契約を解除したときを除きます。)は、別表第2に掲げるところにより、違約金を申し受けます。ただし、当ホテルが第4条第1項の特約に応じた場合にあっては、その特約に応じるに当たって、宿泊客が宿泊契約を解除したときの違約金支払い義務について、当ホテルが宿泊客に告知したときに限ります。
3. 当ホテルは、宿泊客が連絡をしないで宿泊日当日の午後8時(あらかじめ、到着予定時刻が明示されている場合は、その時刻を2時間経過した時刻)になっても到着されないときは、その宿泊契約は宿泊客により解除されたものとみなし処理することがあります。
当ホテルの契約解除権
第7条 当ホテルは、次に掲げる場合においては、宿泊契約を解除することがあります。
(1)宿泊客が宿泊に関し、法令の規定、公の秩序若しくは善良の風俗に反する行為をするおそれがあると認められるとき、又は同行為をするおそれがあると認められるとき。
(2)宿泊客が伝染病者であると明らかに認められるとき。
(3)宿泊に関し合理的な範囲を超える負担を求められたとき。
(4)天災等不可抗力に起因する事由により宿泊させることができないとき。
(5)宿泊しようとする者が泥酔者等で、他の宿泊者に著しく迷惑を及ぼすおそれがあると認められるとき、及び、宿泊者が他の宿泊者に著しく迷惑を及ぼす言動をしたとき。(沖縄県旅館業法施行条例第5条の規定にもとづく)
(6)寝室での寝たばこ、消防用設備等に対するいたずら、その他当ホテルが定める利用規定の禁止事項(火災予防上必要なものに限る。)に従わないとき。
2. 当ホテルが前項の規定に基づいて宿泊契約を解除したときは、宿泊客がいまだ提供を受けていない宿泊サービス等の料金はいただきません。
宿泊の登録
第8条 宿泊客は、宿泊当日、当ホテルのフロントデスクにおいて、次の事項を登録していただきます。
(1)宿泊客の氏名、年齢、性別、住所及び職業
(2)外国人にあっては、国籍、旅券番号、入国地及び入国年月日
(3)外国人にあっては入国管理局及び警察の指導により旅券の複写を要求
(4)出発日及び出発予定時刻
(5)その他当ホテルが必要と認める事項
2. 宿泊客が第 12 条の料金の支払いを、宿泊券、クレジットカード等通貨に代わり得る方法により、行おうとするときは、あらかじめ、前項の登録時にそれらを提示していただきます。
客室の使用時間
第9条 宿泊客が当ホテルの客室を使用出来る時間は、午後 2 時から翌日 11 時までとします。ただし、連続して宿泊する場合においては、到着日及び出発日を除き終日使用できます。
2. 当ホテルは、前項の規定にかかわらず、同行に定める時間外の客室の使用に応じることがあります。この場合には次に掲げる追加料金を申し受けます。
(1)超過3 時間までは、室料金の 30%( 午後2 時まで )
(2)超過7 時間までは、室料金の 50%( 午後6 時まで )
(3)超過7 時間以上は、室料金の 100%( 午後6 時以降 )
利用規定の遵守
第 10 条 宿泊客は、当ホテル内においては、当ホテルが定めてホテル内に掲示した利用規則に従っていただきます。
営業時間
宿泊約款Ⅲ
第 11 条 当ホテルの主な施設等またその他の施設等の詳しい営業時間は備え付けパンフレット、各所の掲示、客室内のサービスディレクトリー等でご案内いたします。
料金の支払い
第 12 条 宿泊客が払うべき宿泊料金等の内訳及びその算定方法は、別紙第1 に掲げるところによります。
2. 前項の宿泊料金等の支払いは、通貨又は当ホテルが認めた宿泊券、クレジットカード等これに代わり得る方法により、宿泊客の出発の際又は当ホテルが請求した時、フロントデスクにおいて行っていただきます。
3. 当ホテルが宿泊客に客室を提供し、使用が可能になったのち、宿泊客が任意に宿泊しなかった場合においても、宿泊料金は申し受けます。
4. 現地払いでの清算については前受け金として宿泊代の全額を申し受け、事情により減泊などが発生した時はこれを料金支払い規定に基づき、返金いたします
当ホテルの責任
第 13 条 当ホテルは、宿泊契約に及びこれに関連する契約の履行に当たり、又はそれらの不履行により宿泊客に損害を与えたときは、その損害を賠償します。ただし、それが当ホテルの責めに帰すべき事由によるものでないときは、この限りではありません。
2. 当ホテルは、万一の火災等に対処するため、旅館賠償責任保険に加入しております。
契約した客室の提供ができないときの取扱い
第 14 条 当ホテルは、宿泊客に契約した客室を提供できないときは、宿泊客の了承を得て、他の宿泊施設をあっ旋するものとします。
寄託物等の取扱い
第 15 条 宿泊客がフロントデスクにてお預けになった物品又は現金並びに貴重品について、減失、毀損等の損害が生じたときは、それが、不可抗力である場合を除き、当ホテルは、その損害を賠償します。
2. 宿泊客が、当ホテル内にお持込になった物品または現金並びに貴重品であってフロントデスクにお預けにならなかったものについて、当ホテルの故意又は過失により減失、毀損等の障害が生じたときは、当ホテルは、その損害を賠償します。ただし、宿泊客からあらかじめ種類、及び価格の明告のなかったもの、室内金庫の利用がない場合については、15 万円を限度として当ホテルは、その損害を賠償します。
宿泊客の手荷物又は携帯品の保管
第 16 条 宿泊客の手荷物が、宿泊に先立って当ホテルに 到着した場合は、その到着前に当ホテルが了解したときに限って責任をもって保管し、宿泊客がフロントにおいてチェックインする際お渡しします。
2. 宿泊客がチェックアウトしたのち、宿泊客の手荷物又 は携帯品が当ホテルに置き忘れられていた場合におい て、その所有者が判明したときは、当ホテルは、当該所有 者に連絡をするとともにその指示を求めるものとします。ただし、所有者の指示がない場合又は所有者が判明し ないときは、発見日を含め7日間保管し、その後最寄りの 警察署に届けます。
3. 前2項の場合における宿泊客の手荷物又は携帯品の保管についての当ホテルの責任は、第1項の場合にあっては、前条第1項の規定に、前項の場合にあっては同条第2項の規定に準じるものとします。
駐車の責任
第 17 条 宿泊客が当ホテルの駐車場をご利用になる場合、車両のキーの寄託の如何にかかわらず、当ホテルは場所をお貸しするものであって、車両管理責任まで負うものではありません。ただし、駐車場の管理に当たり、当ホテルの故意又は過失によって与えたときは、その賠償の責めに任じます。
宿泊約款Ⅶ
第 18 条 宿泊客の故意又は過失により当ホテルが損害を被ったときは、当該宿泊客は当ホテルに対し、その損害を賠償していただきます。

(注) 1.%は、基本宿泊料に対する違約金の比率です。
2.契約日数が短縮した場合は、その短縮日数にかかわりなく、1 日分(初日)の違約金を収受します。
3.団体客(15 名以上)の一部について契約の解除があった場合、宿泊の 10 日前(その日より後に申込みをお引き受けした場合にはそのお引き受けした日)における宿泊人数の 10%(端数が出た場合には切り上げる。)にあたる人数については、違約金はいただきません。
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ACCOMMODATION CONTRACTS 1
Scope of Application
Article1 Contracts for Accommodation and related agreements to be entered into betwTeheenHotel Guest to be accommodated shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions. And any particulars not provided for herein shall be governed by laws and regulations and/or generally accepted practices.
2. In the case when the Hotel has entered into a special contract with the guest in so far as such special contract does not violate laws and regulations and generally accepted practices, not withstanding the preceding Paragraph, the special contract shall take precedence over the provisions of these Terms and Conditions
Application for Accommodation Contracts
Article 2.
A Guest who intends to make an application for an Accommodation Contract with the Hotel shall notify the Hotel of the following particulars:
⑴ Name of the Guest(s);
⑵ Date of accommodation and estimated time of arrival;
⑶ Accommodation Charge (based, in principle, on the Basic Accommodation Charge listed in the Attached Table No.1);
⑷ And other particulars deemed necessary by the Hotel;
2. In the case when the Guest requests, during his stay, extension of the accommodation beyond the dale in subparagraph (2) of the preceding Paragraph, it shall be regarded as an application for a new Accommodation Contract at the time such request is made
Conclusion of Accommodation contracts, etc.
Article 3.
A Contract for Accommodation shall deemed to have been concluded when the Hotel has duly accepted the application as stipulated in the preceding Article. However, the same shall not apply where it has been proved that Hotel has not accepted the application.
2. When a Contract for Accommodation has been concluded in accordance with the provisions of the preceding Paragraph, the Guest is requested to pay an accommodation deposit fixed by the Hotel within the limits or Basic Accommodation Charge covering the Guest's entire period of stay (3 days when the period of stay exceeds 3 days) by the date specified by the Hotel.
3. The deposit shall be first used for the Total Accommodation Charge to be paid by the Guest, then secondly for the cancellation charge under Article 6 and thirdly for the reparations under Article 18 as applicable; and the remainder, if any, shall be refunded at the time of the payment of the Accommodation Charges as states in Article 12.
4. When the Guest has failed to pay the deposit by the date as stipulated in Paragraph 2, the Hotel shall treat the Accommodation Contract as invalid. However, the same shall apply only in the case where the Guest is thus informed by the Hotel when the period of payment of the deposit is specified.
Special Contracts Requiring No Accommodation Deposit
Article 4. Not with standing the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the preceding Article, the Hotel may enter into a special contact requiring no accommodation deposit after the Contract has been concluded as stipulated in the same Paragraph.
2. In the case when the Hotel has not requested the payment of the deposit as stipulated in Paragraph 2 of the preceding Article and/or has not specified the date of the payment of the deposit at the time the application for an Accommodation Contract has been accepted, it shall be treated as that the Hotel has accepted a special contract prescribed in the preceding Paragraph.
Refusal of Accommodation Contract
Article 5. The Hotel may not accept the conclusion of an Accommodation Contract under any of the following cases:
⑴ When the application for accommodation does not conform with the provisions of these Terms Conditions;
⑵ When the Hotel is fully booked and no room is available;
⑶ When the Guest seeking accommodation is deemed liable to conduct himself in a manner that will contravene the laws or act against the public order or good morals in regard to his accommodation;
⑷ When the Guest seeking accommodation can be clearly detected as carrying an infectious disease;
⑸ When the Hotel is requested to assume an unreasonable burden in regard to his accommodation;
⑹ When the Hotel is unable to provide accommodation due to natural calamities, dysfunction of the facilities and/or other unavoidable causes;
⑺ When the Guest is deemed liable to conduct and/or have conducted himself in a manner that will create a disturbance which annoys other guests such as a highly intoxicated (When the provisions of Article 5 of OKINAWA Prefecture Ordinance are applicable).
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ACCOMMODATION CONTRACTS 2
Right to Cancel Accommodation Contracts by the Guest
Article 6. The Guest is entitled to cancel the Accommodation Contract by so notifying the Hotel.
2. In the case when the Guest has cancelled the Accommodation Contract in whole or in part due to causes for which the Hotel Guest is liable (except in the case when the Hotel has requested the payment of the deposit during the specified period as prescribed in Paragraph 2 of Article 3 and the Guest has cancelled before the payment), the Guest shall pay cancellation charge as listed in the Attached Table No.2 However, in the case when a special contact as prescribed in Paragraph 1 of Article 4 has been concluded, the same shall apply only when the Guest is informed of the obligation of the payment of the cancellation charge in case of cancellation by the Guest.
3. In the case when the Guest does not appear by 8:00 p.m. of the accommodation date (2 hours after the expected time of arrival if the Hotel is notified of it) without an advance notice, the Hotel may regard the Accommodation Contract as being cancellation by the Guest.
Right to Cancel Accommodation Contract by the Hotel
Article 7. The Hotel may cancel the Accommodation Contract under any of the following cases;
⑴ When the Guest is deemed liable to conduct and/or have conducted himself in a manner that will contravene the laws or act against the public order and good morals in regard to his accommodation;
⑵ When the Guest can be clearly detected as carrying an infectious disease;
⑶ When the Hotel is requested to assume an unreasonable burden in regard to his accommodation;
⑷ When the Hotel is unable to provide accommodation due to natural calamities and/or other causes of force major;
⑸ When the Guest is deemed liable to conduct and/or have conducted manner that will create a disturbance which annoy other guests such as a highly intoxicated (when the provisions of Article 5 of OKINAWA Prefecture Ordinance are applicable).
⑹ When the Guest does not refrain from prohibited actions such as smoking in bed, mischief to the fire fighting facilities and other prohibitions of the Use Regulations stipulated by the Hotel (restricted to particulars deemed necessary in order to avoid the causing of fires).
2. In the case when the Hotel has cancelled the Accommodation Contract in accordance with the preceding Paragraph, the Hotel shall not be entilled to charge the Guest for any of the services in the future of the contractual period which he has not received.
Registration
Article 8. The Guest shall register the following particulars at the front desk of the Hotel on the day of accommodation; 2 Name, age, sex, address occupation of Guest(s);
⑵ Except Japanese, nationally, passport number, port and date of entry in Japan; 3 Hotel ask copy of passport in order to Police department of Japan guidance
⑶ Date and estimated time of departure; and
⑷ Other particulars deemed necessary by the Hotel.
2. In the case when the Guest intends to pay his Accommodation Charges prescribed in Article 12 by any means other than Japanese currency, such as coupons or credit cards, these credentials shall be shown in advance at the time of the registration prescribed in the preceding Paragraph;
Occupancy Hours of Guest Rooms
Article 9.
Checking-in time is not normally before 2:00 p.m. Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
2. The Hotel may, notwithstanding the provisions prescribed in the preceding Paragraph, permit, the Guest to occupy the room beyond the time prescribed in the same Paragraph. In this case, extra charges shall be paid as follows;
⑴ Up to 3 hours: 30% of the room charge (Until 2 p.m.)
⑵ Up to 7 hours: 50% of the room charge (Until 6 p.m.)
⑶ More than 7 hours: room charge in full (After 6 p.m.)
Observance of Use Regulations
Article 10. The guest shall observe the Use Regulation established by the Hotel, which are posted within the premises of the Hotel.
Business Hours
Article 11.
The business hours of the main facilities, etc. of the Hotel are as follows, and those of other facilities, etc. shall be notified in detail by brochures as provided, notices displayed in each place, service directories in guest rooms and others.

Payment of Accommodation Charge
Article 12. The breakdown and method of calculation of Accommodation Charges, etc. that the Guest shall pay is as listed in the Attached Table No.1.
2. Accommodation Charge, etc. as stated in the preceding Paragraph shall be paid with Japanese currency or by any means other than Japanese currency such as coupons or credit cards recognized by the Hotel at the front desk at the time of the departure of the Guest or upon request by the Hotel.
3. Accommodation Charges shall be paid even if the Guest voluntarily does not utilize the accommodation facilities provided for him by the Hotel and are at his disposal.
4. Hotel ask deposit of full of accommodation charge upon check in
Liabilities of the Hotel
Article 13. The Hotel shall compensate tho Guest for the damage if the Hotel has caused such damage to the Guest in the fulfillment or the no fulfillment of the Accommodation Contract and/or related agreements. However, the same shall not apply in case where such damage has been caused due to reasons for which the Hotel is not liable.
2. The Hotel is covered by the Hotel Liability Insurance in order to deal with unexpected fire and/or other disasters.
Handling When Unable to Provide Contracted Rooms
Article 14.
The Hotel shall, when unable to provide contracted rooms, arrange accommodation with the consent of the Guest. When arrangement for other accommodation can not be made shall pay the Guest a compensation fee equivalent to the cancellation charges and the compensation fee shall be applied to the reparations. However, when the Hotel cannot provide accommodation due to causes for which the Hotel is not liable, the Hotel shall not compensate the Guest.
Handling of Deposited Articles
Article 15.
The Hotel shall compensate the Guest for the damage when loss, breakage or other damage is caused to the goods cash or valuables deposited at the front desk by the Guest, except in the case when this has occurred due to causes of force major.
2. The Hotel shall compensate the Guest for the damage when loss, breakage or other damage is caused, and determined to be the result of intention or negligence on the part of the Hotel, to the goods, cash or valuables which are brought info the premises of the Hotel by the Guest but are not deposited at the front desk. However, for articles of which the kind and value has not been reported in advance by the Guest, the Hotel shall compensate the Guest within the limits of 150,000 yen.
Custody of Baggage and/or Belongings of the Guest
Article 16. When the baggage of the Guest is brought into the Hotel before his arrival, the Hotel shall be liable to keep it only in the case when such a request has been accepted by the Hotel. The baggage shall be handed over to the Guest at the front desk at the time of his check-in.
2. When the baggage or belongings of the Guest is found to have been left after his check-out, and the ownership of the article is confirmed, the Hotel shall inform the owner of the article left and ask for further instructions. When no instruction is given to the Hotel by the owner or when the ownership is not confirmed, the Hotel shall keep the article for 7 days including the day it is found, and after this period, the Hotel shall turn it over to the nearest police station.
3. The Hotel liability in regard to the custody of the Guest's baggage and belongings in the case of the preceding two Paragraphs shall be assumed in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 1 of the Preceding Article in the case of Paragraph 1, and with the provisions of Paragraph 2, of the same Article in the case of Paragraph 2.
Liability in regard to Parking
Article 17.
The Hotel shall not be liable for the custody of the vehicle of the Guest when the Guest utilizes the parking lot within the premises of the Hotel, as it shall be regarded that the Hotel simply offers the space for parking, whether the key of the vehicle has been deposited at the Hotel or not. However, the Hotel shall compensate the Guest for the damage caused through intention or negligence on the part of the Hotel in regard to the management of the parking lot.
Liability of the Guest
Article 18. The Guest shall compensate the Hotel for the damage caused through intention or negligence on the part of the Guest.

Remarks:
1. The percentage signifies the rete of cancellation charge to the Basic Accommodation Charges.
2. When the number of days contracted is shortened, cancellation charge for its first day shall be paid by the Guest regardless of the number of days shortened.
3. When part a group booking (for 15 persons or more) is cancelled, the cancellation charge shall not be charged for the number of persons equivalent to 10% of the number of persons booked as of 10 days prior to the occupancy (When accepted less than 10 days prior to the occupancy, as of the date) with fractions as a whole number.
宿泊約款 I
(適用範圍)
第1條 本飯店和住宿旅客之間簽訂的住宿契約及與此相關之契約,依照本條約之規定事項,至於本條約無規定之事項,依照法令或一般確定的習慣。
2. 本飯店在不違反法令及習慣的範圍內按照特約時,不受限於前項之規定,該特約優先適用。

第2條 欲xx飯店申請住宿契約者,請xx飯店聲明以下事項。
(1)住宿者姓名
(2)住宿日期及預定抵達時間
(3)住宿費用(原則上依照附表1的基本住宿費用。)
(4)其他本飯店認為必須之事項
2. 住宿旅客於住宿期間內超過第2款之住宿日期,聲請繼續住宿時,本飯店以其聲請的時間點,作為住宿旅客申請了新的住宿契約處理。
(住宿契約之成立)
第3條 住宿契約於本飯店承諾前條之申請時成立。但證明本飯店沒有承諾時,不在此限。
2. 住宿契約依照前項之規定成立時,以住宿期間(超過 3 天者以 3 天計算)的基本住宿費為限,xx飯店指定的日期之前,支付本飯店規定的申請費。
3. 申請費先抵扣住宿旅客後該支付的住宿費用,發生適用於第 6 條及第 18 條之規定的情況時,按照違約金、賠償金的優先順位抵扣,如有殘額,於按照第 12 條之規定支付費用時返還。
4. 住宿旅客未按第 2 項之規定於本飯店指定的日期之前支付申請費時,住宿契約失去其効力。但僅限於指定申請費的支付日期時,本飯店告知住宿旅客該意旨。
(不需要支付申請費的特約)
第4條 儘盡有前條第 2 項之規,本飯店有時接受特約,不需要在契約成立後支付該項的申請費。
2. 承諾住宿契約之申請時,本飯店沒有要求支付第 2 項之申請費及沒有指定該申請費之支付日期時,當作不接受前項之特約處理。
(拒絶簽訂住宿契約)
第5條 本飯店在以下情況下,有時不接受住宿契約之簽訂。
(1)住宿之申請不依照本條約時。
(2)客滿而沒有空房間時。
(3)欲住宿者在住宿方面,有違反法令規定、公共秩序或善良風俗的行為之虞時。
(4)欲住宿者顯然帶有傳染病時。
(5)在住宿方面進行暴力性要求,或者要求本飯店負擔超出合理範圍時。
(6)因天災、設施故障、其他不可抗力之事由,導致無法住宿時。
(7)欲住宿者由於酩酊大醉等原因,做xx給其他住宿旅客帶來麻煩的言行時。 ( 基於沖繩縣旅館業法施行條例的第 5 條規定 )
(住宿旅客的契約解除權)
第6條 住宿旅客xx飯店聲請,得解除住宿契約。
2. 本飯店依該歸責於住宿旅客之事由,解除全部或部分住宿契約時(本飯店依第 3 條第 2 項之規定,指定申請費之支付日期,要求該支付的情況下,住宿旅客在該支付前解除住宿契約除外。),依照附表 2 掲示之內容,收取違約金。但如本飯店接受第 4 條第 1 項之特約,則僅限於接受該特約時,本飯店針對住宿旅客於解除住宿契約時的違約金支付義務)告知住宿旅客。
3. 住宿旅客沒有連絡,且在住宿日當天下午 8 點(事先明示預定抵達時間時,超過該時間 2 小時的時間)仍未抵達時,本飯店有時會視住宿旅客解除該住宿契約處理。

(本飯店的契約解除權)
第7條 本飯店在以下的情況,有時會解除住宿契約。
(1)住宿旅客在住宿方面有違反法令規定、公共秩序或善良風俗的行為之虞,或經 確認做了該行為時。
(2)住宿旅客顯然帶有傳染病時。
(3)住宿旅客在住宿方面進行暴力性要求,要求本飯店負擔超出合理範圍時。
(4)因天災等不可抗力之事由,導致無法住宿時。
(5)住宿旅客由於酩酊大醉等原因 , 有可能會做出給其他住宿旅客帶來麻煩的言行時 , 以及住宿旅客做xx給其他住宿旅客帶來麻煩的言行時。
( 基於沖繩縣旅館業法施行條例的第 5 條規定 )
(6)在寢室的床上抽菸、對消防設備等做出惡作劇,不遵從其他本飯店規定的使用規則之禁止事項(僅限於預範火災上必須之事項。)時。
2. 本飯店基於前項之規定解除住宿契約時,不收取住宿旅客xx接受提供的住宿服務等之費用。
(住宿之登記)
第8條 住宿旅客於住宿日當天,xx飯店的櫃檯登記以下事項。
(1)住宿旅客的姓名、年齡、性別、住址及職業
(2)如為外國顧客,則登記國籍、護照號碼、入境地及入境年月日
(3)如為外國顧客 , 按照日本入國管理局及警察的指導 , 提交給本飯店護照
(4)退房日及預定退房時間
(5)其他本飯店認為必須之事項
2. 住宿旅客欲以旅行支票、住宿券、信用卡等能夠代替貨幣之方法支付第 12 條之費用時,請事先於前項登記時出示。
(客房的使用時間)
第9條 住宿旅客能夠使用本飯店的客房之時間為下午 2 點至隔天早上 11 點止。但連續住宿的情況下,除了抵達日及退房日之外,得全天使用。
2. 儘管有前項之規定,本飯店有時接受該項規定之時間外的客房使用。以下情況收取追加費用。
(1)超過 3 小時以內,房間費用的 30%( 至下午 2 點)
(2)超過 7 小時以內,房間費用的 50%(至下午 6 點)
(3)超過 7 小時以上,房間費用的 100%(下午 6 點以後)
(使用規則之遵守)
第 10 條 住宿旅客於本飯店内,需遵照本飯店規定並揭示於飯店内的使用規則。
(營業時間)
第 11 條 本飯店的主要設施以及其他設施等之詳細營業時間為於櫃檯手冊、各處的掲示、客房内的服務目錄中介紹。
(費用的支付)
第 12 住宿旅客該支付的住宿費用等明細,依照附表1所掲示的內容。
2. 以貨幣或本飯店認同的旅行支票、住宿券、信用卡等能夠代替的方法,在住宿旅客退房時或本飯店請求付款時,在櫃檯支付前項的住宿費用等。
3. 本飯店提供住宿旅客客房,且能夠使用之後,即使住宿旅客無端不住宿,仍要收取住宿費用。
4. 住宿旅客到本飯店支付住宿費用之際,本飯店入住xx請求住宿相關的全額。由於有些事由,發生比原來計畫減住宿日不得不離開本飯店的情況,本飯店按照支付費用規定,返還余額。
(本飯店的責任)
第 13 條 本飯店在履行住宿契約及其相關的契約,或因不履行這些契約而造成住宿旅客的損害時,賠償其損害。但
宿泊約款Ⅲ
因非該歸責於本飯店之事由時,不在此限。
2. 本飯店為了因應萬一火災等意外發生時,投保了旅館賠償責任險。
(無法按照契約提供客房時的處置)
第 14 條 本飯店無法按照契約提供住宿旅客客房時,經住住宿旅客的同意,盡可能按照同樣的條件,和其他住宿設施交涉及向住宿旅客介紹其住宿設施。
(寄託物等的處置)
第 15 條 住宿旅客寄放放櫃檯的物品或現金及貴重物品,產生遺失、毀損等損害時,除了不可抗力的情況之外,本飯店賠償其損害。
2. 住宿旅客帶進本飯店内的物品或現金及貴重物品沒有寄放在櫃檯,因本飯店的故意或過失,產生遺失、毀損等損害時,本飯店賠償其損害。但住宿旅客沒有事先明白告知種類及價格,或住宿旅客不利用保險箱的情況下 , 本飯店賠償其損害的上限為 15 萬日圓。
(住宿旅客的隨身行x或攜帶物品之保管)
第 16 條 住宿旅客的隨身行x在住宿之前抵達本飯店的情況下,僅限於本飯店在其抵達之前同意,負責保管,並於住宿旅客在櫃檯辦理住房手續時交付。
2. 住宿旅客在退房之後,住宿旅客的隨身行x或攜帶物品放xx飯店忘了帶走的情況下,確定其持有者時,本飯店會跟該持有者連絡,並且尋求其指示。但沒有持有者的指示或持有者不明確時,包含發現日在內保管七天,然後交給近的警察署。
3. 關於前 2 項的情況下,住宿旅客的隨身行李或攜帶物品之保管,本飯店的責任為第 1 項的情況下,以前條第 1 項之規定為準,為前項的情況下,以該條第 2 項之規定為準。
(停車的責任)
第 17 條 住宿旅客使用本飯店停車場的情況下,無論如何寄放車輛鑰匙,本飯店只出租車位,不負車輛之管理責任。但在管理停車場,因本飯店的故意或過失造成損害時,負責其賠償。

To ensure a pleasant environment throughout the hotel and to maintain good public order.
Article 10 of the �TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ACCOMMODATION CONTRACTS" states, The
Guest shall observe the Rules and Regulations established by the Hotel, which are posted within the premises of the Hotel. "Further, the
Hotel reserves the right to refuse or to cancel the occupancy of � room and/or the use of any other hotel facilities to any guest who fails to comply with the "Rules and Regulations" listed herein.
FOR PERSONAL SAFETY AND SECURITY:
1 . The use of cooking utensils is prohibited inside the room,other than those provided by the hotel.
2.The hotel is all non smoking zone except for some designated smoking areas.
For Smoking Room Please use the 2nd floor smoking room.
In addition, please read about the policy on non-smoking rules.
3.If you are using a smoking room, please do not smoke in a place likely to cause a fire, such as in bed.
4.Fireworks, incense sticks, candles and other inflammable items are specifically forbidden to be used within the hotel.
0.Xx ensure a speedy and safe evacuation in the event of fire or natural calamity,you are requested to refer to the instructions posted on the inside your room door acquaint yourself with the location of the `Emergency Exists` closest to your room.
6.Although the outside doorknob of every guest room locks automatically, you are requested to verify that the door is completely locked whenever leaving the room.
7.When entering your room, please verify that the safety lock is set and that the door latch is in place. I f someone seeks to enter, i t is strongly recommended that before opening the door you look through the scope set into the door to ensure that the visitor is someone known to you or someone who can properly
be identified. You are requested to notify the Instant Service�9� immediately in the event of any unusual occurrences or if any unidentified persons are seen to be loitering around.
8.Meeting with visitors in your room is against hotel policy. For that purpose, please use the lobby or any of the public facilities of the hotel.
9.Please fill in your name, address, telephone number, place of employment, and other miscellaneous information requested by the Hotel.
VALUABLES:
To prevent the loss of money, jewelry, or other valuables, it is strongly recommended that they are placed in the safety deposit boxes that are available in your guest room or upon request at the Front Desk free of charge. We do not take responsibility for lost valuables.
UNCLAIMED ARTICLES:
Except when there is � forwarding address or any specific instructions for their disposal have been received, unclaimed articles and laundry will be kept for a maximum of 14days. Following that t ime, articles and laundry remaining unclaimed will be handled in accordance with the laws of the Police Department.
PAYMENT OF HOTEL CHARGES:
1. The hotel has the right to request � deposit upon checking-in.
2. Accounts presented for payment must be settled immediately.
3. With the exception of "Travelers Cheques,"no cheques will be accepted
for payment or changed into currency.
4.The hotel assumes absolutely no responsibility for the payment of any incidental guest expenses such as but not limited to shopping charges, tickets, taxi fares, or postage.

1. The following articles are forbidden in the hotel:

3. Without the specific consent of the hotel management, you may use neither your room nor the lobby as an office, for private parties, or for any other such activity.
4. Persons not registered by the Guest during reservation and or check in are prohibited from the Guest room.
5. The distribution of advertising material or solicitous literature is prohibited within the hotel.
6. Without the specific consent of the hotel management, the rearrangement of hotel facilities and/or furnishings is prohibited.
7. To maintain an attractive exterior appearance, it is against hotel policy for guests to display objects in windows or to hang items from them.
8. Guests are requested to ensure they do not leave their belongings either in the lobby or in the corridors. Please note that slippers, " geta" Japanese wooden clogs, are not appropriate within the hotel Umbrellas may either be placed in an umbrella box at the entrance or deposited in the cloak room.
9. The ordering of meals and drinks which must be delivered from outside the hotel is not permitted.

11.Except in the case of emergency or for unavoidable reasons, the use of emergency exits and entry into archs marked "Private" is not permitted.
12.Except with the specific consent of either their p a r e n t s o r g u a r d i a n s , m i n o r s a r e n o t permitted to stay at this hotel.
13 .You will be required to pay full compensation for:
a. Any and all damages you may inflict upon any part of the hotel.
b. Contamination for which you bear responsibility.
c. Any loss suffered by the hotel for any acts, omissions or negligence caused by the
guest.
14. � service surcharge is added to all outside telephone calls made from your room. For your added convenience, there are public telephones located in the lobby on the First floor from which you can place both domestic and overseas calls.
POLICY REGARDING NON-SMOKING ROOM
Smoking is strictly prohibited in our non-smoking rooms.
However in order to accommodate the needs of guests who smoke, we do provide designated smoking areas as follows.

If we find that guests have been smoking in our non-smoking rooms (this includes cigarette butts), a 50,000JPY room cleaning fee will be charged to guests to cover the costs to restore the room to a smoke-free condition.

CONDITIONS GOVERNING USE OF SAFE
Article 1.Application of the Conditions
These Conditions shall govern the Guest�s use of a particular safe (the "Safe") designated and provided by OKINAWA HARBORVIEW ("HOTEL")
Article 2. Legal Classification of Contract
A Contract for the use of Safe ("Contract") shall be considered to be one for the hiring without charge of the Safe and the Hotel will not assume the obligation to have in its custody articles kept in the Safe by the guest using the Safe ("User").
Article 3. Term of Contract
A Contract shall be in effect from the time when a User asks Hotel's personnel in charge of the Safe (the "Personnel") to use the Safe until the User checks out of OKINAWA HARBORVIEW (the "Hotel").
Article 4. Articles to be Kept in the Safe
(1)A User may keep the following articles in the Safe which is assigned to him/her:
(i) Money;
(ii) Stock ceritificates, securities or other commercial instruments;
(iii) Bankbooks, contract documents or other
important documents;
(iv) Jewelry or other valuable chattels � and
(v) Other articles deemed as valuable as the articles listed above.
(2)Hotel,when it has a justifiable cause, may refuse its permission for a User to keep articles in the Safe even though such articles come
under any one of items in the previous Section.
Article 5. Key t� the Safe
Each Safe can be opened by simultaneous use of a set of keys comprised of a guest key and an office key. A guest key shall remain in the custody of a User and office key in the custody of the Personnel.
Article 6. Opening and Closing of Safe
(1) The opening and closing of the Safe shall be made by the Personnel each time a User so requests by presenting the guest key.
(2)A User shall place articles in and remove articles from the Safe in the place designated by Hotel.
Article 7. Immunity
When the opening and closing of the Safe is made pursuant to the request of a person who presents a key which is seemingly the same as the guest key for the Safe, the Personnel shall be deemed to have exercised due care and Hotel will not be liable for such opening and closing even when such a key is not the correct one or such �person is not the correct User.
Article 8. Lost or Damaged key
(1) When a User has lost or damaged the guest
key, he/she is requested to report immediately to the Personnel. The Personnel may open or have another person open the Safe by breaking the lock or by another means, either of which may damage the Safe.
(2)ln the above case, the User shall be liable for the cost of repairing the damage of the Safe caused by opening it without the proper key or for the cost of the replacement of the lock or the key. Hotel may charge the Safe assigned to the User.
(3)Hotel shall not be liable for any damages caused by a third party's use of a lost key.
Article 9. Vacating the Safe
(1)A User shall vacate the Safe and return the guest key no later than the expiration of the term of this Contract or when he/she no longer has any need to use the Safe.
(2)lf a User does not vacate the Safe within 6 days after he/she has left the Hotel, Hotel may open the Safe by any means which Hotel deems appropriate, may dispose of (including sale of)but not limited to the articles kept in the Safe in its custody, deeming them abandoned, in a manner or by method as deemed fit by the Hotel. The User shall not object to the above disposition made by Hotel.
(3) The User shall pay the cost of any disposition arising out of or in relation to the disposition incurred by the Hotel.
Article 10. Repair of the Safe
When for a justifiable reason, such as repair, Hotel asks User to vacate the Safe or to change the Safes he/she is required to comply with Hotel�s request.
Article 11. Emergency
When Hotel is ordered to open the Safe pursuant to any Law or Regulation, or in case of emergency, such as fire or the articles causing damage to the facilities of Hotel, Hotel may open the Safe by any way which Hotel deems appropriate or Hotel may take the best other suitable measures possible.
However, Hotel shall not be liable for any damages incurred by a User caused by the above measures.
Article 12. Liability
(1) If the articles are destroyed, damaged or deteriorate because Hotel was prevented from responding to a User's request to open the Safe by fire or earthquake, or other reason beyond control of Hotel, Hotel will not be liable for such damages.
(2)� User shall be liable for damages incurred by Hotel or by a third person caused by storage of the articles in the Safe or by any act of the User to keep the articles in the Safe.

PROVISIONS FOR ARTICLES IN CUSTODY
Article 1. Applications
Hotel takes custody of those articles and belongings of guest who is staying or to be staying at this Hotel under herein contained provisions pursuant to paragraph Articles 15 of Terms and Conditions for Accommodation Contracts.
Article 2. Period of Custody
2.1 The period of custody shall run from the day upon which an article is put into custody of this Hotel until designated date of return.
2.2 The designation date of return shall be within 90 days from the day upon which the article was put into custody of this Hotel.
2.3 If no such designation of date is made, the period of custody shall run for 90 days beginning on the day the article was put into custody.
Article 3. Prohibited Articles
Articles such as but not limited to cash, jewelry, valuables, dangerous objects, perishables, fragile articles, plants, animals and wooden goods can not be put into custody.
Article 4. Claimant
The claimant of the article in custody be either the guest who requested custody or a person by the guest who requested custody.
Article 5. Confirmation of Claimant
The claimant shall submit the Claim Certificate to the clerk of this Hotel in charge of the article in custody at the time he claims the return of the article. In the event that the claimant is a third party appointed by the guest who requested custody of the article, submission of the Claim Certificate will not be necessary. However this Hotel may require him/her to submit proof that he/she is the correct claimant.The clerk shall in his/her reasonable determination release the article to the person claiming the article in custody. The Hotel shall thereafter have no further responsibility with respect to the article claimed.
Article 6. Compensation for Damage
6.1 This Hotel shall not be responsible for any loss, destruction, deterioration or other damage to the article in custody which has occurred by reason of force majeure as the term is commonly defined.
6.2 Any person using the custody service shall have � duty to compensate for any damage incurred by this Hotel and/or any third party if such damage is due to the destruction or deterioration of the article in custody or any other reasons for which the said person is responsible.
Article 7. Disposition of Article in Custody
7.1 If the claimant does not claim the article in custody within 14 days after the expiration of the period of custody, all article(s) in custody shall be deemed abandoned and the Hotel shall dispose of the article(s)as it deems fit.
7.2 The cost of the disposition described in the paragraph immediately above shall be borne by the person who requested custody provided that any proceeds of said disposition shall be off-set against the costs of disposition.
Article 8. Emergency Steps
This Hotel may take emergency steps which are appropriate under the circumstances in the following events :
(a) Demand by legal authorities that the article in custody be opened or otherwise disposed of.
(b) Fire, abnormality in the condition of the article or other exigent circumstances.
Article 9. Governing Language
These Provisions are written both In Japanese and English. ln the event of any inconsistency or difference between the two versions of these Provisions, the Japanese version shall prevail in all respects.
Article 10. Jurisdiction and Applicable Laws Any dispute arising from or in relation to these Provisions shall be referred to the Japanese court having jurisdiction over the location of this Hotel and resolved in accordance with applicable Japanese Laws.
