Supplier’s Declaration (Annex No. 4). 1.8 JSC „Druskininkų Rasa“ (hereinafter – the Buyer) is implementing the project entitled “Digitization of UAB "Druskininkų Rasa" equipment processes” (No. 03.3.1-LVPA-K-854-02- 0098), jointly funded by the European Structural Funds and the Republic of Lithuania and intends to buy automatic PET blow moulding equipment. With the equipment to be purchased with digital technologies, it is planned to achieve a higher equipment speed, volume and to produce higher quality equipment. 1. Purchased goods: 1. Automatic PET blow moulding equipment 1 The production of PET bottles is carried out in two stages. During the first stage, bottle preforms are produced and purchased from suppliers supplying such preforms. In the second stage of production, the final packaging (bottle) is produced during the stretching, blowing and forming process using a PET blow moulding machine. This technical specification specifies the requirements for the automatic PET bottle blow moulding equipment to be used during the second stage of bottle production. The price of the goods must include the delivery of the goods to the place of installation at the address Xxxxxxxx xxx. 3, LT-66181 Druskininkai, Lithuania, installation, start-up and staff training costs. The goods offered must be new. The goods must be manufactured, delivered, installed, the equipment put into operation and the employees trained within 6 months from the date of signing the goods purchase agreement. At the request of the supplier, the term of performance of the contract may be extended by 60 days by written agreement of the parties, for reasons beyond the control of the supplier. Supplier is responsible for delivery of goods to the place of installation of goods at Xxxxxxxx xxx. 3, LT-66181 Druskininkai, Lithuania, installation, commissioning and staff training. 2.
