LIABILITY. 5.1. Should Supplier be late delivering Products without a reasonable explanation, while the Buyer is performing his agreed duties, the Supplier is required to pay the Buyer liquidated damage fee equal to 0.3% of the total amount of delayed products per day. Should Service Provider be late delivering Services without a reasonable explanation, while the Buyer is performing his agreed obligations, the Service Provider is required to pay the Buyer liquidated damage fee equal to 0.3% of the total amount of delayed products per day following the written request submitted by Xxxxx.
