DEFINITIONS. Interpreting the conditions of this Contract, singular also means plural and vice versa. Words have their normal meaning under the language of the Contract unless specifically defined. In this Contract, the following terms shall be interpreted as indicated: 2.1. “The Contract” means the agreement between the Buyer and the Service Provider, as stated in this Contract signed by both Parties, including all annexes and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein. 2.2. “The Contract Price” means the price set in item 3.1 of this Contract. 2.3. “The Buyer” means a legal entity in which favour the Services should be provided and to whom the Services should be delivered. 2.4. “The Service Provider” means a legal entity providing the Services under this Contract.

Working hours means Monday to Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:15 p.m., except for Public Holidays; 2.1.2. Terminal Devices means the devices enabling the reception and/or transmission of information, or the relevant parts thereof, and other electronic communications equipment of the Customer and/or the End Users, connected to the input and/or to the DLC Terminal Equipment; 2.1.5. Terminal Equipment Line means the part of the electrical communications network belonging to the Customer and/or the End User and/or third parties, other than the DLC Terminal Equipment, which connects the Port to the Customer's and/or End User's Terminal Devices; 2.1.6. End Users means the Customer’s clients to whom the Customer resells the ordered Service; 2.1.7. Failure means any unplanned event resulting in an interruption of the Service or a reduction in the quality of the Service; 2.1.8. Customer means a natural or legal person or other organisation that uses the Service(s) provided by DLC under the Contract for its own business purposes; 2.1.9. DLC’s Representative means an authorized representative of DLC who is authorized to do configuration works on DLC Terminal Equipment at the Customer's premises, at the time of provision of the Service(s), has the right to carry out maintenance of the hardware, troubleshoot and physically access the DLC

DEFINITIONS. 1.1. The concepts used in these General Terms are defined as presented below. Other definitions of the concepts used are presented in the Contract for Usage, the Application or the Proposal and are applicable in these General Terms mutatis mutandis. The concepts defined in LCC have the same meanings in the General Terms unless clearly stipulated otherwise herein. Other lane is called “fast lane” and is intended for the car moving. Garages (Pit Box) – the place in the Pit lane, allocated for team purposes during the race. Dedicated for race car service during practice, qualify and the race. Competitor - it is a member of the LASF or ASN with the applicant‘s license. Driver – a person who drives sports car during the race and must have LASF or another ASF issued and valid driver’s licence. Team of the competitor – natural or legal persons or their association applied for participating in the Event who are included in the entry form. Team Manager – a natural person, indicated in the entry form and authorized to perform as a Competitors representative in the race and other related sport institutions.
