APPLICABLE LAW - DISPUTES. All purchases are deemed concluded at the Buyer's registered office, even in case of another contradictory stipulation. The Belgian law will therefore be applicable to the execution, interpretation and possible disputes. The Competent Court in Ghent, division Kortrijk (Belgium) will thus resolve all disputes between the Buyer and the Supplier, without prejudice to the enforcement of every judgement or order in any other judicial district. The United Nations' stipulations regarding contracts for the International Sale of Products, known the "Vienna Convention", do not apply.
