Availability. The Supplier in conjunction with articles 2(3), 2(4), 2(6) and 2(10) above hereby vouches for an agreed uptime per System being achieved in the amount of an annual or quarterly uptime, or an uptime for an alternative period of time agreed in more detail between the Parties.

Availability. The product(s) offered for sale by the seller are within the limits of available stocks.
