Back-ups. Betty Blocks will make a back-up of Client Data every day. Each back-up remains available for a period of thirty (30) calendar days. The time at which the back-up will be created will be determined by Betty Blocks, unless expressly indicated to the contrary in the Agreement.

Back-ups. Ascensia has no responsibility for retaining/storing or backing up any information or data that you generate using the App or Services. You are solely responsible for retaining/maintaining/storing and backing up (electronically and/or with hard copies) any data that you wish to preserve for future use or otherwise. If you choose to share your information via email, back up or otherwise with third parties, that information may not be encrypted and Ascensia will have no ability to manage the privacy or security of that information. You should take the steps that you determine are appropriate to protect the security of your information. If you choose to terminate your Services account, it may take us up to 30 days to delete your account, and either delete or make information either anonymous or untraceable to you. Unless otherwise required by law, you agree that your Services account is non-transferable and any data stored in your account will terminate upon your death. Upon receipt of a copy of a death certificate, your account may be terminated and all data within deleted.
Back-ups. (a) SCW shall take a backup of all Customer data:- (i) Incremental Backup: Every Minute, retained for 24 hours (ii) Full backup: Every 6 hours, retained for 2 calendar days. (iii) Full backup: Every day retained for 7 calendar days. (iv) Full backup: Every week retained for 4 calendar weeks. (v) Full backup: Every month retained for 13 months. (b) Such backup shall be stored at a separate, secure, location to the production environment. (c) Backup data shall only be used for resolving incidents in the SCW Platform. Backup data is not intended to be used (and in most cases won't be able to be used) to recover data accidentally deleted by Customer. Accidentally deleted data does not classify as an incident.
Back-ups. Deluxe shall maintain its own back-up or duplicate copies of any Deluxe Data, Deluxe Software or Third Party Software (as defined in Article 9.0) furnished to eFunds for performance of the Services and shall not transfer such materials to eFunds unless and until it has made such back-up or duplicate copies. In addition, upon receipt thereof, eFunds shall also make appropriate back-up or duplicate copies of such materials prior to any other use or processing thereof. In circumstances in which eFunds provides processing or similar Services, eFunds shall at all times observe professional standards with respect to back-up of Deluxe Data, Deluxe Software or Third Party Software used in or produced as a result of such Services.
