Back-ups a. Backup and data restore procedures are defined, documented and clearly linked to roles and responsibilities.
b. Backups are given an appropriate level of physical and environmental protection consistent with the standards applied on the originating data.
c. Execution of backups is monitored to ensure completeness.
Back-ups. Betty Blocks will make a back-up of Client Data every day. Each back-up remains available for a period of thirty (30) calendar days. The time at which the back-up will be created will be determined by Betty Blocks, unless expressly indicated to the contrary in the Agreement.
Back-ups. 14.1 Zoom must have policies and procedures for back-ups of Customer’s Personal Data. Backups must be protected using industry best practices.
Back-ups. 8.1 The Customer may store content locally. Sensus process management shall make a back-up of the content at least once a day, and endeavour to store each back-up securely and retain it for a maximum of 90 days, in compliance with the agreements set out in the Service Level Agreement (the SLA in Appendix B to this contract).
8.2 Sensus process management is not liable for the loss of or damage to the content sent by the Customer or stored on its local server, or uploaded by the Customer to its local server.
Back-ups. ICS shall perform back-up of all the Company transactions at the end of each working day. Such back-up will be performed at a scheduled time each day and will use an IBM utility product to copy all ICS’s the Company data on a media selected by ICS.
Back-ups. Smarsh leverages data replication across multiple geographically- dispersed data centers as well as a local backup data center.
Back-ups. Client acknowledges that it is solely responsible for ensuring that adequate back-ups of relevant data associated with Software are made.

Back-ups. Ascensia has no responsibility for retaining/storing or backing up any information or data that you generate using the App or Services. You are solely responsible for retaining/maintaining/storing and backing up (electronically and/or with hard copies) any data that you wish to preserve for future use or otherwise. If you choose to share your information via email, back up or otherwise with third parties, that information may not be encrypted and Ascensia will have no ability to manage the privacy or security of that information. You should take the steps that you determine are appropriate to protect the security of your information. If you choose to terminate your Services account, it may take us up to 30 days to delete your account, and either delete or make information either anonymous or untraceable to you. Unless otherwise required by law, you agree that your Services account is non-transferable and any data stored in your account will terminate upon your death. Upon receipt of a copy of a death certificate, your account may be terminated and all data within deleted.
