Compliance a) In addition to the Supplier’s obligations to comply with applicable laws and regulations, the Supplier shall and shall procure that its officers and employees shall: • comply with the DS Smith Global Supplier Standard; • comply with the Xxxxxxx Xxx 0000 and all anti- corruption laws applicable to the Supplier or DS Xxxxx ("Anti-corruption Laws"); • not, directly or indirectly, either in private business dealings or in dealings with the public sector, offer, promise or give (or agree to offer, promise or give) any financial or other advantage with respect to any matters which are the subject of this or any other agreement between DS Xxxxx and the Supplier and/or to obtain any benefit for DS Xxxxx which would violate the Anti- corruption Laws applicable to the Supplier or DS Xxxxx; • comply with the Modern Slavery Xxx 0000 and all applicable anti-slavery and human trafficking laws, statutes, regulations and codes from time to time in force applicable to the Supplier or DS Xxxxx; • ensure that neither the Supplier nor any of its senior officers have been convicted of any offence involving slavery and human trafficking, nor have been or are the subject of any investigation, inquiry or enforcement proceedings by any governmental, administrative or regulatory body regarding any offence or alleged offence of or in connection with slavery and human trafficking; • not, when acting in the capacity of a person associated with DS Xxxxx, engage in any act or omission which would constitute a UK tax evasion facilitation offence or a foreign tax evasion facilitation offence as those terms are defined in Part 3 of the Criminal Finances Xxx 0000 or any other binding provisions applicable to the Supplier or DS Smith; and • not cause, facilitate or contribute to the commission of an offence of failing to prevent the facilitation of tax evasion under section 45 or 46 of the Criminal Finances Xxx 0000 or any other legal and regulatory anti- facilitation of tax evasion obligations.

Compliance. Dostawca zobowiązuje się do przestrzegania etycznych dyrektyw bizne- sowych, które są zawarte w Code of Conduct EGO i których aktualne brz- mienie jest dostępne pod adresem:
