ORDER. 5.1. The ORDER shall be directed by FORMIKA to the SUPPLIER solely
ORDER. 2.1 The Buyer's placing an order for the Goods or the Buyer's acceptance of the sale offer, incl. Price of the Goods prepared by the Seller shall be deemed to be an offer to sell these Goods on the terms set out in these general terms and conditions of sale. The contract shall be deemed concluded after the acceptance of the offer by the Seller. The Buyer concludes the Agreement with the Seller who has submitted a statement of acceptance of the offer (confirmed the Order). The Buyer shall be responsible to the Seller for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the Order placed and of any applicable specifications submitted by the Buyer. The Seller is not responsible for any errors or inaccuracies in the Order placed.
