Aggregation of Individual Accounts. For purposes of determining the aggregate balance or value of Financial Accounts held by an individual, a Reporting Portuguese Financial Institution is required to aggregate all Financial Accounts maintained by the Reporting Portuguese Finan- cial Institution, or by a Related Entity, but only to the extent that the Reporting Portuguese Financial Institution’s com- puterized systems link the Financial Accounts by reference to a data element such as client number or taxpayer iden- tification number, and allow account balances or values to be aggregated. Each holder of a jointly held Financial Account shall be attributed the entire balance or value of the jointly held Financial Account for purposes of applying the aggregation requirements described in this paragraph 1. 2 — Aggregation of Entity Accounts. For purposes of determining the aggregate balance or value of Financial Accounts held by an Entity, a Reporting Portuguese Finan- cial Institution is required to take into account all Financial Accounts that are maintained by the Reporting Portuguese Financial Institution, or by a Related Entity, but only to the extent that the Reporting Portuguese Financial Institution’s computerized systems link the Financial Accounts by refer- ence to a data element such as client number or taxpayer identification number, and allow account balances or val-

  • DA ABERTURA DA SESSÃO, CLASSIFICAÇÃO DAS PROPOSTAS E FORMULAÇÃO DE LANCES 7.1. A abertura da presente licitação dar-se-á em sessão pública, por meio de sistema eletrônico, na data, horário e local indicados neste Edital.

  • DA FORMULAÇÃO DOS LANCES 6.1. Iniciada a etapa competitiva, os licitantes poderão encaminhar lances exclusivamente por meio do sistema eletrônico, sendo o licitante imediatamente informado do seu recebimento e do valor consignado no registro.

  • DOS BENS REVERSÍVEIS Integram os SERVIÇOS todos os bens e direitos pré-existentes a este Contrato de Programa, afetados e indispensáveis à prestação dos SERVIÇOS, bem como aqueles adquiridos ou construídos na vigência do presente instrumento.
