Information of Data Subjects. (a) Customer shall provide any Data Subjects, whose personal data are transferred to Service Provider, with comprehensive and correct information pursuant to Art. 13 and Art. 14 GDPR about the processing of their personal data for the purposes of this Agreement in a concise, transparent, intelligible and easily accessible form, using clear and plain language.
